EQ Bulletin April 28, 2010

Elders and Family,

Reminders!! Thursday night at 7:00 PM the EQ is doing Sealings at the Draper Temple. Please make sure to come. I would suggest arriving by 6:30 PM to be dressed and ready to start promptly at 7. Thanks!

Also please don’t forget that the Young Women’s are having their Spaghetti Dinner on this Saturday at the ward house. It is a fund raiser and they’d love for your family to come help support their fun activities for 2010. All donations are voluntary and welcomed!

The Day of Service is on May 15th. For this activity we, as a ward, have been asked to donate 500 towels. If you would like to make a donation please do so on the “Other” portion of the donation slips and just write “towels”. The towels, if bought in bulk, can be purchased for around .60 cents a piece. We still stand in need of about 300 towels. Any donation of any amount would be accepted and very much appreciated.

EQ Bulletin April 14, 2010

Elders and Family,

I’ve got a couple updates that you should be aware of on members in our ward:

Joe Hatch- Felt that he had a heart attack this morning. He was taken to IMC in Murray for examination yet didn’t have a heart attack yet they have not found the cause of his pain yet. He was admitted to the hospital.

Tim Weiss- Is out of the hospital. He had an angioplasty and is doing well. I spoke to him last evening at the Church and is in good spirits. He is undergoing some exams to determine some issues he may have in his lungs.

LaVar Krantz- Went into surgery today to have the cancer removed from his lungs yet the cancer was too large and they couldn’t remove it.

As you can tell all three of our good friends are in need of our support and prayers. Please keep at the forefront of your thoughts and pray for the blessings they and their families stand in need of.
