Temple Open House Tickets are still available for tonight if you’d like to attend. I’ve got some information posted on the Temple Dedication below as well. Thank you to all those that participated so much in the last few weeks in service—it has been certainly appreciated! Also any votes on movies for movie night?
Also I have a Temple Sealing Session reserved in August for those that would like to attend. We can have up to 8 men and 8 women. This will be the start of our monthly quorum temple attendance. Please see below for more information.

Sandy Hills Elders Quorum Goals Reminder:
1. Pray: 3 times daily individually and with your family
2. READ: Read The Book of Mormon daily
3. MEDITATE: Meditate on those things that you read in The Book of Mormon and prayed about. Put something from your reading into practice daily.
4. ATTEND: Attend your Sacrament Meeting, Sunday School, Elders Quorum, and other Ward activities
5. MINISTER: Minister in your calling as a husband, father, home teacher, or other callings you might have

-Temple Open House Tickets. I’ve got them for these dates—hopefully one of them will work for you and yours. Please let me know what date you’d like and how many as soon as you can. And here’s a map.
Wednesday, July 22nd, 7:50 PM
-Girls Camp, July 28-31st
-Boy Scout Camp, July 27th – August 1st
-Elders Quorum Movie Night, August 7th
-Primary Activity, August 15th
-Temple Sealing, August 18th at 7:00 PM. Please arrive by 6:30 and be dressed an in the Sealing Waiting Area upstairs in the temple. We have room for 8 men and 8 women to participate. Usually it takes about 2 hours from the time you enter the temple for a sealing session. I would plan to be there from 6:30ish to 8:30.
-Temple Dedication- August 23rd, 3:00 PM Stake Center. The interviews for recommends will be done by the Bishopric. They will start these in the next week or two. We will have more announcements regarding this and how to get an interview. The dedication is open to all baptized members of the Church who have received a recommend. In preparation for the dedication it is recommended that you do a Family Night focusing on the temple and what it means. Additionally it may be nice to review why we do The Hosanna Shout and have a hanky for your children.

-July 17th Pioneer Day Commemoration at the Conference Center. This will be rebroadcast on July 18th too.

-The Days of 47 and the events schedule
-Draper Days the parade is on Saturday morning
-Concerts in the Park are concerts that are free on Tuesday and Friday evenings at the Brigham Young Historic Park next to Temple Square—these are fun and you should go! Kids are welcome.
